RS-3 & RS-6 Solvent Recyclers
Waste solvent streams can be recycled efficiently and economically using the Omega RS-3 and RS-6 solvent recyclers. No matter the solvent, from acetones to white spirits, contaminated solvents can be recycled to their original form.
The RS-3 and RS-6 solvent recyclers have true 3 and 6 gallon capacities respectively. Omega RS solvent recyclers do not use filters or any type of chemicals to achieve solvent purification. They are stand-alone units that function on the time proven concept of distillation, designed from years of experience to operate reliably and with ease of operation and maintenance.

Combo-3 or 6 Combo 3-II or Combo 6-II Gun Washers
Consisting of two components, the Omega COMBO-II units, offer an automatic paint gun washing station – Omega model GW-173 – and a solvent recycling unit – either an RS-3A for the COMBO-3-II or an RS-6A for the COMBO-6-II. These units provide the benefit of recycling your solvent waste stream in an integrated tools, spray gun and parts washer.See the flow diagram.
The GW-173 paint gun washing station is ideal for automatically cleaning all types of spray guns, tools or small parts and features an automatic washing chamber which performs a thorough cleaning of all types of spray guns. Other features include the integration of self-balancing solvent holding tanks, an exhaust duct system to capture any fugitive solvent emissions, a spray gun testing port, as well as taps for light manual cleaning and access to clean solvent.

The GW-173 paint gun washing station is ideal for automatically cleaning all types of spray guns, tools or small parts. Its main feature is an automatic washing chamber which performs a thorough cleaning of all types of spray guns. Other features include the integration of an exhaust duct system to capture fugitive solvent emissions, a spray gun testing port, as well as taps for light manual cleaning and access to clean solvent.
The GW-173 models is simple to operate, simple to install (with no electrical connections and only a compressed air source) and will save you precious hours of routine maintenance chores.
