KLC-The universal alternative for painting
SATA KLC HVLPHVLP indicates maximum material savings and greatest economy, with an air cap pressure of only 0.7 bar at 2 bar intake pressure ( 10 psi with 29 psi intake pressure).This soon pays its way and is also ideal for filler and primer materials in car repair work.The overspray is drastically reduced.Every painting task is different: thanks to its highly flexible spraying pressure and distance, SATA KLC HVLP is an extremely versatile painting tool for all cases and tasks.
SATA KLC RP
RP stands for a measured reduction in air intake pressure at high working speeds in the interest of an improved, optimised material transfer rate ( compared to conventional guns ).The low quantities of air required together with the 4 different nozzle sizes make the RP ideal particularly for small cmpressors and for many painting tasks - wherever SATA quality is wanted at a low price.
SATA KLC P
Special gun for processing polyester-based spray filler.The special air nozzle construction of the SATA KLC P prevents the drillings from clogging up, so that even viscous materials such as spray filler can be sprayed with outstanding results.Thanks to the excellent atomization effects, the workload involved in polishing and masking is considerably reduced.

SATA LM 2000 K HVLP
The pressure-fed HVLP gun is extremely flexible in use together with paint pressure tanks and material feeder pumps, such as e.g. SATA Vario Top Spray.

Pressure-fed gun in RP version with large nozzle range.May be used in conjunction with paint pressure tanks or material feeder pumps.Optional material connection via material tube, teflon ball tap or material quick coupling.
SATA LM 2000 H RP
The siphon cup version is equipped with 1 Ltr. aluminum cup, anti-drip device and material sieve. The siphon cup quick closure allows easy material refill.

SATAminijet 4 HVLP
A perfect finish and high spraying flexibility-two distinctive features characterising this material saving HVLP paint spray gun.With an inlet pressure of up to 2.0 bars, the SATAminijet 4 HVLP fulfils the most stringent mandates worldwide, by achieving a perfect finish and highest possible material transfer rates.Even with an inlet pressure of more than 2.0 bars, a material transfer rate considerably above 65 % is guaranteed.
Ergonomically optimised
The new SATAminijet 4 HVLP design was perfectly tuned to match ideally with the hand ergonomics.The fan control can be adjusted from both sides.Therefore, the SATAminijet 4 HVLP spray gun allows a one-hand-operation for both right and left hand painters.The light weight of only 320 grams provides optimum spray gun control.To the user's convenience, the trigger can be operated with either one or two fingers.Like with the "big" SATA paint spray guns, the spray pressure can be exactly adjusted by the integrated compressed air micrometer directly at the spray gun.

Through innovative nozzle technology, a perfectly homogeneous spray fan with maximum surface covering performance is obtained.With no other technology than HVLP a higher material transfer rate is achievable. With SATAjet 2000 HVLP, it is considerably above the legally stipulated 65 % and therefore unmatched as to profitability.

SATAjet 2000 RP- the Superfast One
The SATAjet RP is a high performance paint spray gun, featuring optimised high pressure technology and a significantly high surface covering performance. It combines, in an ideal manner, the advantage of the high pressure guns with the high work speed of calssical high pressure guns with the high profitability of HVLP paint spray guns.
Only its low dynamic inlet pressure of 2 -2.5 bars makes the difference to conventional high pressure technology (RP=Reduced Pressure). Thus, the SATAjet RP achieves a material transfer rate which is only slightly below the high figures of SATAjet 2000 HVLP but nonetheless exceeds by far the legally imposed 65 %.
The SATA Quick Change allows rapid air cap change by only 1.5 turns of the air cap ring.
The SATAjet K3 HVLP ensures a paint job in a class of its own and provides perfect finish results with all paint systems.The result of innovative nozzle design is a homogeneous fan pattern with a maximum transfer rate. No other air atomizing technique offers higher transfer efficiency than HVLP. The SATAjet K3 HVLP clearly exceeds the minimum mandated 65 % transfer rate and provides unparalleled economy. Not only does it meet approved worldwide HVLP standards with a maximum 0.7 bar / 10 psi air cap pressure ( at an inlet pressure of 2.5 bar / 35 psi ) but it also meets the requirement for the highest possible transfer rate. The SATA quick change feature means a quick air cap change with only 1.5 turns.
