Smart Controls and Digital Closed-Loop Flow Control
Encore Controls are easy to use and provide greater flexibility - all with closed loop digital flow control. Nordson's Select Charge Controls provide pre-programmed KV and micro-amp controls for recoating, mettalics, and cavities.
- Select Charge Controls - for pre-programmed electrostatic settings
- Classic Electrostatic Control - select between either KV or AFC mode
- Custom Electrostatic Control - adjust both KV and AFC independently
- Classic Flow Control - independent control of both flow air and atomizing air
- Smart Flow Control - simplied control of both flow and atomizing air flow
- Digital Closed-Loop Flow Control - automatically compensates for variations in incoming air pressure
- Preset Control - up to 20 presets can be selected
- Flexible Unit of Measurement - SCFM or M³/HR
- Function Codes - control of various pump and system parameters
- Self Diagnostic "help codes" - controller identifies specific
parameters making troubleshooting easy and effortless.
